常规版辊1是591mm，版辊2是592mm周长（除非客户定制尺寸）；

同时同热油和冷油，分别从两端进出；

温度最高可达200°C，低温区低约30-50 °C；

高温打磨的版辊可以根据客户需要在140-180°C之间，此温度运行版辊稳定（低于时候会晃动）；（注：热磨版辊的贴版技巧：50-60°C，同时打开冷油泵，压力调30-40Kg，必要时候胶辊磨0.25mm中高）

对于模压温度在110-120°C等薄膜产品，可以不用热磨的版辊，便于贴版；
