For water Cooling，remove the middle （red circle area）connection and use any one head for IN and another for OUT，

For oil lubrication fill in if necessary（always every two weeks for one time fill in）, refer video：

This is UV mercury lamp (For copy use only)  power, it is default set to 6.0-6.5 Kw power when ready for working.

INSTALLATION READY EASILY

1. Cleaning room with door & exhaust fan，room size Minimum 6x4 m suggestion.
2. Putting machine on flat ground,setting balance（like putting a refrigerator on ground）
3. Checking Lubrication oil fill in,electric power & compress air correctly connection，water cooling tank fill in water , and clean machine before running.
4. Check the power supply and connection again and then start machine power（turn on the key）. Before making a job,Need to reset the machine X,Y,Z Axis direction to original 0 point.  Seeing the big touch screen ,there is ZRN button on operation menu . Click It and will automatic reset all Axis. But for Z direction sometimes needs to reset it at manual mode page  (at the bottom center is manual mode in which you can jag the Z Axis rising up slowly-see below pictures) then it can go automatic for reset. (Because we move the Z direction lower down to be easily packed and ship). See below picture, ZRN is for reset zero. You can click X Axis,Y Axis,Z Axis EACH ZRN for each direction reset or you can click LEFT ZRN for all reset.
5. After reset to X,Y,Z original then the machine is ready for fantasy job.

Manual mode to move X/Y/RUBBER PRESS ROLLER/Z/INJET  EACH Axis  any direction up/down/original, if necessary, you need to click Z Axis UP to raising Z Axis for all ZRN automatically.

Q&A （for reference）

1）Please confirm if the maximum processing size of 650 *1850mm is the maximum size of holographic images within the plate/ sheet on which the UV Recombination is done 

It means that the effective maximum size for UV recombination. This machine mechanical size is 1800x900 mm size max.

2）How many total servo motors are fitted in the UV Recombination Machine ?

There are six servo motors total in the UV Recombination Machine and two servo motors total in the copy machine.

3）Are all the servo motors fitted in the UV Recombination Machine from Japanese Brand Yaskawa? If the Servo Drivers also are of the same make Yaskawa or any other brand?

All servo motors is from Yaskawa, and the driver is also use Yaskawa.

4）What brand is UV lamp? What's the power? What's the size of the lamp?

UV lamp adopts LED / 750W double row lamp beads, Korean brand LG or the same, shape 200x70x45mm,or UK brand, named PRIMARC.

5）The original factory of UV lamp? Is a water cooling system required? Specific working temperature?    

UV lamp power supply with water cooling system, manufactured from Dongguan Qingda photoelectric technology (China's listed companies), reliable, high quality, with working temperature no more than 30 ℃. UK brand, named PRIMARC is from Hong Kong.

6）What is the reliability of system software? Do you have any specific instructions?

The system adopts Mitsubishi PLC. The program package is stable and reliable. The package is delivered with machine when leaving the factory to solve the customer's after-sales worries.

7）Can this UV recombination machine be installed with other UV curing systems?

For example, can we use GEN(Britain)'s UV lamp?   

UV curing system is an independent system, you can use other brands, our CNC system only gives the UV lamp system a start and stop signal. But most other UV lamp factory provide ONLY for printing system , their control system,control voltage& control current do not completely fit for our system. And they can not make special model for this UV recombination machine.  If we use their existing model maybe not be good and high accurate controlled. 

8）What are the raw materials, coatings and UV materials used, and how much are they being used?

The use of recombination film’s thickness is 1.5mm, double mirror, double peritoneum, black PC board.

Specification: 930 * 1830 mm, unit price: about 50-100 USD / piece , reusable.

The recombination material is transparent PET film with a thickness of 0.188mm, and the unit price is cheep 。（normally less than 20-50 USD / m²)

The glue model is ZW-RS08, the unit price is normal less than 150-250 USD / kg.

Glue consumption for UV recombination: 150g / m².

9）The daily use and maintenance costs of the machine, what needs to be invested in maintenance?  

The use and maintenance cost of the machine is very low, about 3KW / h power consumption per hour.

Daily maintenance only needs to add lubricating oil regularly, and the consumption is about 750g / 1000h.

10)  Can the machine communicate, diagnose, upgrade and maintain remotely?(such as PLC, servo motor, man-machine interface)

This model is a stand-alone model. If remote upgrade is needed, the user needs to connect the PC to ensure that the PC can log on to the Internet. Our technicians can realize remote monitoring, upgrade and maintenance.

Ethernet module can also be added to PLC interface to realize remote control.(OPTIONAL)

A remote module is installed with the Mitsubishi controller, which can link (5G signal or WiFi or mobile phone hot spot) to realize our remote control of the machine,

Plug in the Ethernet module to realize the user's internal ERP management and monitor the machine capacity

This machine has no need consumable and spare parts.

Our equipment is a complete machine, no accessories installation, just adjust the level of the machine, connect the power supply and gas source, then the client can start to use. For production process our company provides detailed operation video.

At this stage we provides the newest process, with the update of materials and process improvement, our company provides 1-2 times a year to update the process and communicate with customers.

17）Brief working principle of copy machine

It can copy the large version film completed by the recombination machine, which provides a strong guarantee for the quantitative products and improves the work efficiency. It can also be used for other products’ UV ink aging treatment

18）What is the daily maintenance cost of this machine?

The daily maintenance of this machine only needs to ensure that the moving parts are not short of lubricating oil.

19）Room Temperature and Humidity: We maintain a temperature of 24 – 25 degree C and with humidity of 50 – 60. Is it okay for your machine?

The room adopts the air filter unit, Fan Filter Unit . But it depends on the actual use . It is not recommended. We suggest the fresh air is like normal kitchen use in clean room .

20）Voltage : Voltage and KW both requirements in single phase and 3 phase ?

Normally the voltage is 380V; We can provide the transformer for different country required.

We will provide to use 380-415V 50/60 Hz 3 phase 4 lines in India like our other machines. ONE IS 380-415V,ONE IS 220V.ONLY TWO ELECTROCITY POINT NEEDS IN THIS MACHINE.

21）Can the steel frame be ‘stress relieved ‘ ?

For steel structures, stresses are relieved after welding, and then machining are carried out.

It is after welding & rough for whole machine by gantry milling machine.

22）Can you provide Japanese THK ball screws for accurate movement of servo motors with ecoders ?

The standard configuration of the machine adopts Japanese THK grinding ball screw C3 to ensure transmission accuracy.

Yes will firstly use all Japanese THK screws in the full machine.

23）Transmission mode : In the equipment, their XYZ axis have THK precision grinding screw rod. Does it have single screw or double screw and what are the specification of backlash of these screws selected by them. What is the pitch of the screw ; is the screw rod is pre-loaded and  is it fitted with a wiper ring to remove foreign material.            

XYZ axis adopts THK precision grinding screw, double channels and clearance F0; Specification pitch is 3232;

The working environment of the modified machine is good, and the oil scraper ring is not installed.

3232 represents the screw pitch of the screw rod, and the movement distance of the screw rod after one turn is 32.00mm,F0 indicates that the accuracy grade of screw rod is the highest grade.

24）What is the make of the 10.4 inches Taiwan screen interface?

No problem We adopt the Japan Mitsubishi touch screen 10-inch (GT2310-VTBD).

25）Motion guide : Japanese THK linear guide, does it mean linear bearing of THK ?

It is auto lubrication function with boots cover.

26）Countertop material: black marble, is it a granite surface plate. It generally has two grade AA and A for flatness of the base plate of black marble / granite. Flatness is extremely important parameter and it is measured by a very accurate instrument (Laser ferometry). What do you provide in your machine?

We use marble is very flat also at Flatness ± 0.04mm/m.
